Michelle Pastore

Dental Hygienist

Michelle Pastore has been a dental hygienist in our office since 1999.  She is a Pembroke High School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from S.U.N.Y. Cortland in Health Science.  With an Associates degree from Erie Community College in Dental Hygiene, Michelle selected this field in order to help people and improve their health.  She is married with a daughter.  Michelle enjoys scrapbooking, gardening, reading and volunteering at her daughter's school.

Morgan Mattice

Dental Hygienist

Morgan Mattice graduated from Erie Community College in May 2015 and has been in the dental field for one year.  She is an Alexander High School graduate.  Morgan is an animal lover, especially cats, and has three of her own.  She selected this career because she loves building a relationship with so many different individuals and helping keep their smiles healthy.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and playing soccer.

Judy Harloff

Dental Assistant

Judy Harloff has been Dr. Bob’s Dental Assistant since 2006.  She currently resides in Oakfield with her husband, Doug.  Judy and Doug have two married children, Katie (Matt) and two grandchildren, Miles and Ada, & Josh (Katie).  Judy says the best part of her job is that she gets to meet a diverse group of people that are all interesting in different ways.  She loves speaking with them chairside and getting to know them through their stories.  Judy enjoys cross country skiing, scrapbooking and spending time with her family, friends, dogs and cats.

Lorie Yasses

Administrative Assistant

Lorie Yasses joined the team in January 2020 after retiring from a previous job of 40 years. She was not quite ready to give up
interacting with the public and wanted to continue working. Lorie states Dr. Bob is a great person to work with and he cares about his
patients and team. She has two adult children, LeeAnne and Jonathon, both are married. Her family includes two adopted grandchildren, Everley and Elliana, and a full time partner, Ken. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, sewing, reading, camping, riding bikes, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and spending time with family and friends.

Terri Marchese

Business Administrator

Terri Marchese joined the team in 2007, after her husband convinced her it was time.  Terri grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Education.  After many years in office settings as secretary and office manager, then taking time off to be with the children in their younger years, Terri was ready to be in the office environment again.  Terri and Bob have two daughters, Margaret and Olivia.   In her spare time, Terri enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, sewing, and activities outside with Bob and the girls.
